Shipping & Delivery

1. Item will be dispatched from Hong Kong via Hongkong air mail within 2 business days after payment received in full and cleared.
2. Estimated delivery days for most countries: 7-21 business days. However shipping times are not guaranteed. Item may travel longer occasionally.
3. Please be advised that we do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. However efforts are made legally to avoid or reduce applicable import duties and taxes.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued fully not including the return shipping fee, and the returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items delivered within the 3-month period can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
